I've been lacking of sleepssssssss these few daes. I only managed to fall asleep at ard 2 to 3am every nitez, and i will automatically wake up at 8 to 9am. I tried going back to slp, but i couldn't. I juz toss and turn on my bed.
If this go on, i'll fall sick larz.... Someone help!!!!!
