Hey people, i found out a effective ways to slim down...
Ever since i enlisted, my weight rised from 50 to 52, and it maintained there all the wae until i joined swim team, i am 45kg now... I swim 3 to 4 times a week, n it will be at least 10 laps each time. 10 laps as in 10 x 100m (i noe to some experts or professionals, its nt alot, but to mi, its more than enough) Sometimes when i feel more energetic, i'll swim more.. Its even more effective than jogging, which i did last time, jog 3 times a week, nothing happened, juz that my stamina became better only lo...
Actually my forcus wasn't on my weight, is my tummie... my tummie became smaller too... haha~~ Quite effective wor, juz wanna recommend to people who nit help...
